Interface & User Experience Development for Gartenmann Engineering.
"Efficiency meets innovation" – with this guiding principle, the interface design and user experience of Gartenmann Engineering’s internal project management software, "Simplifae," were reimagined. The goal was to combine clear, functional design with a characterful assistant that supports, informs, and motivates employees.
The result: Earnest – the "Engineer Assistant & Reporting Network System." More than just a tool, Earnest was brought to life as an animated character that simplifies processes, provides reminders, and makes everyday tasks easier with its simple appearance. The name and redesign blend technological precision with intuitive and clear user guidance, ensuring an efficient and goal-oriented workflow.
For the internal launch, a short explainer video in both German and French was created – introducing Earnest to Gartenmann Engineering employees across Switzerland.
